I thought that would be the way to go, but I think he just got his account banned. Actually there's a "new user" that I suspect is his new account, but I wont say which as it would kinda defeat the purpose of banning his old account if his identity was still known.

Lol. I doubt his friend would be very enthusiastic about letting someone like him (a social reluse who wants attention) access FAKKU and downloading hentai. It won't ban him completely, but since he can't access it from the privacy of his own home, it severely limits what he can do.
Of course, it's quite a harsh punishment.
