At this point I can't see myself fucking one, but who really knows. I can understand onee-chan and other women's stances on it. A male doll would always be hard, but it would be more rational to stick with a dildo or whatever. Men just don't have as many options though. There's pocket pussies and a some other shit, but a lot of them are just fucking awkward, even more awkward than a fuck doll.
