would you guys like someone who knows game code to make all the games in the archive english so poeple like me can understand what they are doing? *if this is in wrong area i will repost in correct one just tell me*

I don't think anyone would say no to that if it's real. Get one translated and and upload/share it so people can try it out.

Is he talking about a japanese ero game which he wants translated to english?
If so then there was this crude auto translation thing using ATLAS and ATHK or something...
ATHK gets the text from the game and ATLAS auto translates it for you.

And yes translating a game is a pretty big event.

Translating is the hard part and there aren't too many translators out there, so rather than trying to wait till a game is translated to english. We just settle for the mediocre translations that we could get from some programs. But your services would be greatly appreciated, I hope you can find a translator lol.
