It depends. Yes if the Android has free will, no if it is specifically a "sex robot" and is merely providing a service.

This is actually a question I have always kind of thought about and with technology advancing in the way it is it seems like it might soon be possible. Would you have sex with an Android?I would even go as far as to ask if you could, would you have children with an android. This of course implies that you have a real relationship with the android and it has emotions and such not just as simple as a sex toy.
