haven't been to a lot of restaurant, but i remember one unforgettable experience eating kao rou chan(roast meat on a stick) in a small street in Jilin China after midnight, the smell is ever so luscious, it's been more than 8 years and the little stand is already gone, but the memory lasted to this day still seem so...clear, and that scent of the old grill, the aroma that arouses my hunger...ever so lasting.
