Thanksgiving for my family used to be eating in awe at the feast my Great Grandmother made from freakin' scratch; she did this up until, I think, 95 years old.
These past few years, now that she's dead and took her awesome cooking skills with her, just my immediate family (and my step-dads family) have a BBQ.
I wonder if I'm the only one at the table that realizes were celebrating genocide?

Not really. The police were walking and running around searching. They also checked some houses too.

Actually, someone did. Remember my earlier story with the gangster. One of my Neighbor, which is also a gangster got shot when there was a drive-by around 3am in the morning right after the night of thanksgiving and we were a sleep. We woke up in the morning to hear the tragic news. He was a good guy.
