Your turkey day dinner

Well turkey day is just around the corner here in the U.S.A., so I was wondering what your dinner consists of, for me its.

Turkey (ofc)
Stuffing (cooked inside the turkeys ass)
Cranberry sauce (made with jello)
Green bean casserole
Mashed potatoes
Gravy
Bisects
Pumpkin pie (Home made)

Turkey (duh)
Deep fried turkey (we have two turkeys)
Ham
stuffing
mashed potatoes
yams
macaroni and cheese
biscuits
special salad
pumpkin pie
cranberry sauce
corn bread
and I think that's it, I'll edit if there's anything else

Hmmm I just realised how close Thanksgiving is....OH CRAP! I got to go shooping...but My dinner will prob be turkey sprial honey ham....*drools* mashed potatoes n gravy,Cranberry jelly lol, stuffing and EGG NOG!...and a cpl other things I didnt mention

Is that a soy sauce baste with a rice stuffing? My Grandma did that one time...most disappointing Thanksgiving dinner ever.



I'm not sure what to contribute yet. Probably a dessert of some kind.

I don't eat turkey on turkey day. I eat whatever I have in my pantry that day and go with that. But, I usually get a pumpkin pie to go with it.

Ah yes the greens, I forgot about that. Yeah we eat a lot, and yet I somehow manage to lose a couple pounds after eating so much.

Seeing as it is also my birthday, I can override the traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

I will be having Turkey, Brisket, homemade Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Cherry Pie, Rolls, and more. OM NOM NOM

Hey, there is no reason to derep my bidoofsis just because you don't like flan.

I am scared I wont get a turkey because the Comissary on base is holding a raffle on them due to a shortage. Not a "hey get a free turkey!" kind of raffle but a "if you get a winning raffle ticket then you get to buy it..." kind of raffle. Apparently Japanese don't eat that much turkey or celebrate thanksgiving so I can't buy one at the japanese market either...
