A black hole being quarantined...
I don't think it's possible. Even though this could be a joke.
How would even contain such a thing... Heck we only got theories on what Black Holes actually do. I know I may be wrong. So feel free to correct me.
No, it's possible. :P
Although a black hole that's the size of a few atoms can't exist. Or if it does, it's the weakest fucking black hole in existence. I doubt a gnat would have trouble escaping from it.
I would like to ask by what means would they contain it then?
And if such a small black hole existed, would it still be able to compress matter? (That's what they usually do right?)
A black hole works by being so compressed that the escape velocity at the surface exceeds the speed of light. There's an equation for that, but I don't have the patience to remember it/look it up and type it out. Anyway, two atoms hitting each other really fast won't come up with any black holes, unless they collide so fast that all the matter forms into a singularity, which probably would result in a super-micro black hole that degrades almost immediately into matter again.
