If you prefer, for specific tasks, one hand over the other, for example, writing with the right hand while eating with the left hand, would that define you as cross-dominant, while ambidexterity defines complete equality with both sides (For example: Switching picking and fretting hand on a guitar without decrement in performance.), which is not something you're born with, and requires training.
Aside the fact that it's usually determined by which hand you write with, the fact that your right hand is 'vaguely dominant' would make you a right-handed person with a cross-dominance feat.
