[Locked] Definition and difference between Loli and child porn?

Hey guys, I hope this is the right thread to post. I recently discovered that "Child porn" is a big deal here in Canada. I'm not interested in Loli/Child porn whatsoever, nor am I panicking or am in any sort of trouble. I was just really surprised and I would like to prepare for any future incidents and references. I was going to ask a lawyer for legal advice, but that would just be expensive so I then remembered that Fakku has awesome mature people that I can try asking. Anyways, there's going to be somewhat of wall of text for questions so please bear with me!
1) What is the exact definition AND difference between Loli and Child porn? As for child porn, would it be the age of under 18 such as the age of 16-17?

2) What if the manga/doujinshi/anime H's plot of a 1000 year old female having sex, but due to her supernatural powers, her body cannot age and is in the body of a 12-17 year old? Would that be considered Loli/Child porn?
2.b)^ A similar question for above, what if the female can change her body from a 12-17 year old to a adult 22-27 year old?

4) There are a lot of Doujinshis, Manga, Game-CGs, etc that have a lot of unexplained ages of females. How would one deal or find out if they are illegal or not? Such as: http://puu.sh/ct5wk/8c73cb2b8d.png (Top left, and maybe top right.) Would this be illegal?

1) I see the difference as more, a loli does not necessarily mean a child, just someone with the body of one. With the age, that goes to your country's Age of Consent, the age at which they become legal free-standing adults and further "are at an age to make rational decisions on their own", which is safer to assume is 18, but it depends from country to country. Thus, child porn is anything depicting someone under that age of consent (regardless of gender).
2) The age part is usually the more important part as laws tend to care more for what is happening, and not what looks like is happening. So no, the 1000 year old girl regardless of body type is not considered child porn.
3) Again, actual age counts more than the perceived image.
4) Most hentai sites or publishers state the claim "All characters depicted are 18 or above." So as to cover themselves from these indeterminate cases should any questions arise.
