Very true. High intelligence doesn't mean much if you don't use it. As with anything, if you don't practice or use it often, your ability to use your brain can weaken. Also, if you don't use that intelligence for anything, then you're not any different from a person with a low IQ. You'll accomplish the same things. Similarly, a person that works hard may accomplish the same things as a person with a high IQ, albeit with more time.
