Evolution.

For those of us that believe in evolution, do you miss anything we've lost over time? Meaning, is there something about our ancestors you wish we could have kept through evolution?

I honestly miss the tails, other than it being aesthetically pleasing it would come in handy.

I hope that at some point in the near future (tomorrow would be good) there is a genetic recession of sorts that results in tails and ears. :lol:

Tails would be cool, ears...not so much (maybe, I'd have to see first) but tails, like cat tails, would be awesome.

Is there anyone else here who would want a tail for it's utility and not for some fetish reason?

I wouldn't really mind having one so I could do cool stuff like Goku in Dragonball, but for a fetish? No way.

Imagine if your girlfriend had a tail, and you two were doing some kinky sex stuff, so you were wearing a blindfold. You think you've got her tail, and you're rubbing it all over your dick and everything, and then you find out it was her dog or cat's tail. That would be messed up.

Hmm I think tails, wings, gills, and asexual reproduction would be useful. Sonar might be nice....hmmm we don't have the best hearing, vision, etc. either. Hands instead of feet or at least thumbs on our feet wouldn't be bad. Having paralyzing venom could be useful. Oh yeah being able to regenerate (and possibly willingly detach) limbs would be awesome.

Assuming we evolved from apes, the only feasible things we have changed is lost our tails, loss our hair, nose, face structure, we've managed to stand upright.. so i doubt we might have wings, gills, asexual reproduction(plants??)..
Would be nice to have those, but we would need DNA from different animals.

Maybe some of that insane monkey strenght... Being able to rip another guy's arm off oughta come in handy one day right??

That could also be really bad. Like if someone farted beside you in an elevator. Or when you're taking a shit in the bathroom. God, I've choked myself before with a really mean turd, and my sense of smell sucks.
