How the hell do they have such great voicing?? Do the actors have sex at the same time that their recording? I mean really. Listen to an English Dubbed hentai movie then a raw Japanese version. Huge difference. SO how the hell do they get such great voices???

I like something I can understand rather than just watch and not know what they're saying even if it's just moaning.

i prefer to watch anime and hentai in Japanese with the subs i think the girls sound that much more reel and like they are actually getting fucked rite there in the studio and as for the Japanese moaning well iv already got half a stalk just mentioning it

Actually, since VA jobs in Japan are so popular, many aspiring Seiyuus get their start in small projects like Hentais. It may be hard to believe, but dubbing a hentai is a very feasible achievement to put on ones resumé, as voice casters interpret it as meaning the actor in question has had some experience in the field, rather than hiring amateurs, the caster will most likely hire the person with more, for lack of a better word, experience.

English cartoons suck enough already. Some American ones are good though.

Or, their voice acting is that good. Interestingly enough though, I find the voice acting done in hentai way better than their porn.

about hentai VA's, I think they just do it normally like any other VA, real-scene voices will have to much "noise" besides the VA's voice.

Just remember to watch the anime "REC" episode 5, the heroine Aka Onda, got a job Voice acting for an eroge, she did it normally in the studio, but she practiced it at night by watching H-animes.
