Highschool Punishment ( need help)

As some of you highschoolers know, tomorrow is the last day of school.

Before you go get grudges off your chest with teachers and students alike, I'd like to converse some mandatory questions with the community about basic highschool punishment, as I myself would like to have more knowledge about this subject before continuing out on my actions (nonviolent ofcourse).

Does school punishment travel between districts? I'll be moving this year so I hope a suspension won't be on back between schools.

Secondary Schools possible? Is it possible for me to be transferred to a Secondary Highschool for vulgarity?

Can there be forced academic setbacks in the future? ex; withholding academic privileges, scholarships, and awards?

Will this be incriminating?
I don't mind if this appears on my record as disobedience to teacher, as some unjust people deserve it.

Will I be held back in my grade for behavioral problems? ( the one I'm about to commit, specifically)

I have many stories about the things I did in high school. For example, I put a smiley face sticker on a bag of coffee and made people, even teachers, accept it's presence for about a week. I also brought bottles of douche to school and for a while there was no problem because they were in a bag, which I went out of my way to call my douche bag. It was only after someone stole one of my douche bottles that there was a problem, and even then, it was fucking hilarious.

Despite all the things that I should have gotten in trouble for while I was in high school, I only got in trouble once, and that was for lighting a lighter during a bullshit concert. The vice principal basically said that it was bullshit, but I got Saturday morning detention. This was in junior year when I was doing drugs, so before I left, I shot up some heroin. I lost my bathroom break because I was nodding out the entire time, but it was quiet. Despite the fact that there were people around me, for 2 hours I enjoyed my high and then went home.

I was tempted to get revenge on a teacher who had failed me on purpose during 9th grade before I graduated but I didn't.

I don't know how public schools work (since I was homeschooled), I'm pretty sure they would have a record of that and it would follow you.

Dunno if you want to be labelled as a troublemaker. And schools these days seem pretty picky on adding stuff to your record.

As long as it goes along the lines of pranking and not vandalism, harassment, etc I think you would be alright.

Righto, experience time. I'll try to fill in what I know.

1.Does school punishment travel between districts?
No, but some school do share records. So if you were a cock at "A" school and then you changed to "B" school, "B" school may not be as eager to cut you a break. That, and school administrators like to talk to each other from time to time.

If you are talking about the schools they send "troubled" students, then it is possible. If you cause too much trouble, then they can threaten expulsion if you don't "choose" (I will shoot you unless you stab yourself) to change schools. Still, it takes a bit to get that to happen. Hell, the school I went to gave 3 days OSS for saying "fag".

Oh ho ho, you bet your ass it can. When you try to get into colleges, they can (should they ask) to look at your disciplinary record. Also, in the case of OSS, you are still responsible for ALL work you may have missed. Failure to do so will result in certain academic privileges being revoked. Also, an arrest record really does put a hamper on scholastic aspirations (Two guys tried robbing a convenience store next to campus... did not go well for them).

4.Will this be incriminating?

Yes, yes it will. Regardless of whether or not the deserve it, you are still required to act as an "adult" (hah, what a fucking joke...excuse the swear, please).

5. Will I be held back in my grade for behavioral problems?
Kinda iffy on this one. Technically no, but if you screw up bad enough, they'll certainly try to. They can prevent you from graduating if you are a senor.

My advice, don't be a child. Accept that you will (hopefully) never see them again, or they may get the last laugh.

Put a thumb tack in the teachers coffee. of super glue on the toilet of the staff bathrooms.

If the teacher gets hurt from the thumb tack, you will be arrested. The super glue can be considered assault with a a chemical agent. Congratulations, the chance of getting expelled and/or a criminal record is now extremely high.

The point of the topic is the legality of the OP pulling pranks on his teachers before leaving. It is NOT to offer suggestions on what to do. You should feel ashamed of yourself for posting such nonsensical advice on SD.

I do. I so deeply do feel ashamed of myself. But to pull a prank, or a senior prank. It has to be memorable, and to do that, and not get into a bit of trouble, does not leave you with much you can do. Even the most innocent of pranks has consequences, and it is really up to the teachers and staff of the school, on how they will punish you, if its legal matters or not.

Yes, a senor prank should be memorable. But no one should get hurt. What you suggested can be considered assault.

And again, this is about the legality of the pranks he has planned, NOT SUGGESTIONS!
