Most importantly, when you ask her stuff, listen then respond with insight about what she said, do not get lost in her eyes, nor any other body part. If your attending some form of school and she's in a class of yours use that to break the ice. Another important thing is be yourself, and if you are extremely worried about it, try talking in front of a mirror, find a friend who happens to be a girl and practice with them(Note if you practice with them and develop love interest in them be absolutely certain they see you in a similar light before proceeding, cause you could ruin a friendship). Well this is my advice, take it or leave it. Be yourself. Don't think of her as someone you want to go out with. Think of her as a friend, to begin with at least. Usally you will make a better impression on females if you are more yourself then a guy trying to go after her. (Note: 70% of the time they want to just stay friends though. But after awhile they will see the light and come after you. Why would they come after you, you ask. Because while they are going out with a jerk and your there to comfort them, they will realize what fools they've been because the one they should truly love is you.) But yeah, just be yourself.
