I'm an organ donor, so if I die in some horrific accident, I plan to have my body picked clean by vultures needing something from me to survive.

As for donating while alive, I suppose I might. These kinds of decisions are made on whims by me, though, so don't get your hopes up.

u know if it was for my son who is a cancer fighter/survivor i would give him anything even if it put me to death. but other then him i would only donate to help ppl live not to medical science cause they use your things for some stoopid shit sometime.

my nephew has a rather rare deasies [like one in a million] and is going to need a kidney transplant before the summers out, if i could i would give it to him in a heartbeat.

It depends on what I think of the person and what organ it would give. If it's part of my liver, sure. One of my kidneys? If they are close enough to me maybe. My heart? F**k off.

donating after death, sure, to anyone who might need it. nothing matters to me when I'm dead, so yeah, take all you want.

when alive... hurr, depends on how much I care about the person. those i care about, sure, I'll help. to those I don't... well, lemme check up on the effects first, then we'll talk business. ;)

No. out side of bone marrow, which i can make more of. i am an after death donor though. anyone can have them after i'm dead, i won't need them anymore. until then, they stay inside me.

If i already died. Sure, go on ... at least i will be proud if my organs can be useful to other. Besides, i cannot bring it after life.

When i still alive,
I will just donate to the specific person .. Based from how much i love/care the person.

But before that, i gotta check the side-effect first.
It will be ridiculous if i just donate my organs without even thinking about the effects.

If my immediate family needed an organ and I could spare it (and remain healthy) I would definitely do it. Anyone beyond that and....probably not. Maybe extend that to my closest friends, but...idk, that would be a tough call.

I'm signed up as an after-death donor, so if anybody needs my organs to survive, they may take it.

But as long as I'm alive, organ donations from me will be based on a multitude of personal factors, and the decision is ultimately mine anyway.

Although I have to concede that the closer to me - personally - the one who needs one of my organs is, the higher the chances of he/she getting it from me. As long as it's expendable (to spare) and I won't die over it. I don't recklessly give these away without thoroughly thinking over it.

In case I die I have accepted all my organs can be used, but only if my family consents to it, after all if they want me to be "whole" at the funeral they should have that option.

only kidneys and they'd have to be pretty fucking special to me. I'm selfish like that. As for posthumously I'm undecided. I wouldn't mind but if they touch my eyes than I'd be pretty pissed.

I don't really see a problem with it. If I'm dead, I will no longer need my organs and I plan on requesting that in case of me dying, my body should be burned anyway. They may as well use something that "still works" form it to help somebody else before cremation is done.

But as long as I'm alive, I don't see it happening, unless it would be someone I unconditionally cared about (a loved one or child, for example).

I don't care if my family consents to it. I'm dead, and plan to be cremated. I might as well have my body used as well as possible before it's burned to ashes.

My mom.
My cousins (their like brothers and sisters to me)
Aunts and Uncles (but they have to beg me hard).

i would give an organ to most people if they need it because of some cancer or something but if they need it because of smoking or drinking and maybe eating to much if i was feeling spiteful at the time then no way no how. but over all sure you need it and Ive got a spare why not!?!? But once im dead my body goes to science to cure AIDs or stem cell research or something.

right now my belif is that I would like to be whole when I'm put in the ground. But hey, beliefs like that can change over time. Maybe I'll donate my organs when I die. But for now Let me be selfish.

If i was dying for some reason i would go all out and give everything i got.
