Alright here is my theory on depression and how "Minor" it really is.
Most important thing is eating fruits on a daily basis.
( Just wanna get that out of my chest )
Here are the 3 important things:
1. Thoughts
2. Actions
3. Results
To become happy one must think positive.
Here are a list of things you can think of that will get you happy:
1. To trust your abilities
2. To know there is never something you can't achieve.
( Meaning what others can do, you can do as well )
3. To accept your weakness and dedicate on building that mental strength.
4. To accept the fact that things do take time and effort.
5. Never say never, trying is always the first step of doing it.
Here are a list of actions that can lead to a positive lifestyle:
1. Always do your work. (Don't think of others because they don't think about you)
2. If there are potential problems then get out of the way quickly before it hits you.
3. If you come across a problem then never try to be the offender but be the calm defender. ( gotta let your enemies know you are a peaceful guy )
4. If there are things to be done then get it done quickly. ( That way you won't have any thoughts on it later on.
5. If you believe in your abilities to go through this then do it.
Here is the results:
By paying attention to these things then you won't have to be in a state of depression nor come across it.
It all comes down to it, will you be happy or sad.
I can tell you this, ain't nobody gonna help you out the way you wanna be helped. That is why you gotta fight for your happiness by thinking positive.
So here is a simpler way of explaining it:
Positive thoughts leads to positive actions which leads to a positive lifestyle.
Get it?
Ok now get out there and be positive, I am sure you'll get a good sexual lifestyle going with those steps I wrote down.
A fine example of being positive:
Nikon is getting married because he thinks positive, does positive and his wife marries him because one of those reasons are because HE IS POSITIVE!
This, has got to be one of the less useful tips anybody can write down and follow.
/facepalm
Seriously , your trick to be happy in life is to be positive ? Watchout we got a genius over here !.. ¬¬
If it was that simple , don't you think everyone would already be happy ?
It is not a trick .... these are useful tips to get around.
It all depends on the person how they wanna lead their lives.
And I never assumed I was a genius.
No it's not usefull tips >< Eveyone already knows what you just said , all you did is state the obvious , the problem is that you can't just say "i'll be positive" and be positive , that's not how the brain works . ESPECIALLY for depressed people ...
( Sigh )
Alright let me explain more thoroughly for you so you can understand what I wrote :
These tips helped me out in many ways, that is why I posted it .. I thought maybe my solution would be other people's solution.
( Just wanted to get that off my chest )
Indeed I did stated the obvious by posting one must be positive of oneself, however I also wrote the things down on what one can do to get out of that depression.
And yes I admit I did not mention the fact that every depression comes with different problems.
But one thing is a fact, that depression doesn't come inside your thoughts without a reason ... so tackling that source of problem would be a big help in achieving a little happiness, or being 100% happy if that is one's only problem.
It is true that chemicals within your brain also plays a role in your brain, and that very thing called Serotonin is the keyword here .. however that also can be solved through eating the foods that can support serotonin and it makes a person feel better.
( Just read about that a few weeks ago so I deeply apologize for not mentioning that )
However psychologically speaking ( not that I am an expert on it ), it depends on what problems there are that causes the lack of serotonin and what one can do to tackle that problem so that people can " function" normally again.
However just because one takes medication or eats the right foods that helps support serotonin, it doesn't mean that stress and depression inside one's brain won't completely vanish without solid actions that will completely remove the depression from themselves.
So scientifically speaking, yes depression IS real based on the lack of serotonin each individual produces inside their brain, however psychologically speaking, depression won't vanish without any means of actions that require to solve one's own problems.
I was just posting something that the OP would understand, however if he thinks he can understand all that explanation from everybody here then I will gladly post something more intelligent to this thread.
