I've just been wondering, partially after reading so many forced doujinshis where it becomes "surprise sex" and partially after forcefully trying to calm a stray cat by petting it (when I was really young; didn't work).
Cats are not as domesticated as dogs and easily revert to their wild state, thus, many wild animals live in a constant state of alertness for danger, including a fear of people. You being a stranger, it may have been counter-intuitive to approach it, and forcefully calm it down.

Okay, so, for a real life scenario, if someone were to, I guess, hold you down and finger/suck/handjob/massage/whatever you, would it be able to, after some time, turn into pleasure even though you don't want it?
Is this for complete strangers or people you know such as a friend of the opposite sex? Nevertheless, i'm reluctant to believe rape victims do not feel stimulus and become aroused as they are getting penetrated, or their clitoris/g-spot stimulated. Sex is one of our and animals, primary urges after all. But anything without consent is rape or sexual harassment, and i don't think the circumstances are as simple as displayed in doujinshi.

I think I can guess right of the bat that the answer is no for girls, but I'm curious how it is for guys!
It's a fact that genders differ in their physiological responses to mental sexual arousal. But i guess it may depend on the person.

Lastly, I think it's better to assume the perpetrator is ugly, or at least not very attractive.
Just my opinion but if you looked like James Franco, you would probably be pulling in the women without even needing to drop a digit. You forgot to factor in that attractive men do commit rape such as date rape or being drunk at a party. Anyone can be the perpetrator or the victim.
