There are so many cases like this popping up nowadays. I hate how when someone kills someone else because of a game, the media turns its attention on the video gaming industry. I mean, the reason the kid killed the other kid was because that kid was fucked up to begin with. It's like how people say they hear god speaking to them when they kill others.

Kid was sixteen. He knew what he was doing. If Chile allows the death penalty, he flat out deserves it. Of course, this is going to be interpreted as an act of passion, or temporary insanity, and it'll definitely get moved down to second-class murder. Add in his age, and his agreeing to go to anger rehab, and boom, it's now manslaughter.

*sigh* Another example of pointless bickering over video games. As any idiot should realize, the cause of the killing was not the Playstation. It could have been a fight who would use the car, or read the book or w/e. The fact that it was over a game is irrelevant.

But what possible reason was there to kill his own brother? Did he get mad cause he touched his PS3, had no control over his own property, or jealousy?

Can't there just be a killing blamed on Hannah Montana, or Lady Gaga or some shit like that? I could totally rally behind a group that was trying to abolish wannabe musicians because of a murder.
