Scenario 1: I'd say off the strangers
Scenario 2: I'd still have the 100 people that I don't know die.
Scenario 3: I'd have the million in a different country killed.
Basically made my decisions because if one or the other is going to die no matter what, I'd rather myself and my family live.

Are the lives of people you don't know worth less than the lives of people you do know?
Yes

Would you regret anything, making your choices?
It would probably eat at me every day and I would wonder if there was something else I could of done, but when I think about it I'd realize I'd still make the same choices.

What if, in the last scenario, you could decide which country would lose a million people? Would that make the choice easier? Harder?
Much Easier

I'm really liking the responses, but how about we add a little spice? For all the scenarios, what if you could live, but your family would die? Would you rather condemn the random people or your family, if your life was safe?
I'd still save my family and condem random people. Even if the result was having to kill the random people myself one by one, I would do it. My family is the most important to me. I'd prioritize my mom, dad, two dogs, and sister before anything else, even myself.
