they'll probably just move their buisiness offices. finding new filming locations shouldn't be a problem either. if it's a 'set' type shoot, all they need is a warehouse, and warehouses are everywhere. i suspect many of the houses used belong to the people involved in the making of the films(producers, stars, etc.) as i see the same houses used quite often. using a location you already own reduces cost too. so if they move, the only negative is slightly longer drive to metro LA.
