[Locked] minimum age for fakku is in error

Hello folks i have noticed that the munimum age of fakku is in error (this is 18+)
Unlike lu.scio.us here its 18 (by usa laws)
lu.scio.us is also an us site
what is the reason of this (and does it count in the eu) {ps, im never banned of bein under age}
some messages about underage of lu.scio.us that prove i'm right (everyting is copyd pasted in order from the pages)

If you know local laws on the issue, you should be able to figure out the date yourself. If you're in the US, it's probably no later than her 16th birthday. (A few places require you to be 18, though.) Otherwise, I wouldn't have a clue, but it's probably something you could look up somewhat readily.

Incorrect, age of consent varies in the US, from 16 to 18, depending on the State in question.
You're thinking of the participation in pornography section, which is 18, but considering we're dealing with fictional characters the term "participation" isn't exactly appropriate. (Plus there's the issue of where the servers are located (no idea where that is btw), seeing how that nation's laws would be applicable.)
(Also, one can validly question if said law would hold up in court in a situation where a 16 or 17y old is married to an 18y old and they film themselves having sex, whether it should constitute child porn, considering a) they're of legal age (course also dependent upon the state in question), b) that they're of marriageable age and married to one and other. Could very well end up another Loving vs Virginia/Perez v. Sharp/Lawrence v. Texas. But that's another issue.)

Some cases here in Germany, depending on the contents then people under 21 or 16-18 can view the contents if it is not really explicit.

Like:
Usa regions (regions here) 18+/16+ (defines the region).
EU regions (regions here) 13 [spain(can be higher)] /14/15/16/17/18+ (truly difnes you region/country) (uk is known 16+, also in north west europe).
Asia (regions here) 18+/16+ (defines the region) 20+ is also possible.

The funny thing is, you just need to connect two braincells to get that "pledging on honor" means no one is going to check up on you. Because no one really can. But then again, what if an ingenious kid played into your game and pretended to be 18.

Yeah, like they said already, nobody can really make sure you are legal viewing age over the internet. In forums like this some people give themselves away, but a lot of people make accounts before they can legally view the content of Fakku and then just don't say their age until they're old enough.

You need to do to mych reseach for a single person to find out or he is underage it took me even 45 minutes to look over that part of the forum of lu.scio.us.

It'd be wonderful if they made it legal to view porn at a younger age, while still maintaining the 18+ for working in porn. It's already been established that adolescent curiosity is healthy and normal, and having it off with yourself in front of your laptop is [arguably] the least destructive activity a teen can engage in...

The problem with this idea is that is just as difficult to research a member's country of origin, as it is to determine their actual age. Since this is a US website, it should be run according to US rules regarding age of consent. Anything else, runs the risk of endangering their right to post certain content.
The moderators of this site do the best they can to root out those who falsely post their age, and I am glad for their efforts. Most underage posters will eventually give themselves away in some way, and they will be dealt with accordingly.
As for those who live in countries with lower ages of consent, I am sure there are sites within that country for them to subscribe, without causing them to misrepresent their ages in order to join this one.

Your mixing the age of consent with the age of legal working, buy and viewing. The age of legal consent to have sex and the age you need to view, work or buy porn is different. I've always thought rules about age were more of a guide line that a rule.
I remember when I was 14 I could buy certain porn mags from shops I think there was a few holes in the rules back then cause I also remember them selling guro stuff in shops though not in a sexual way but it was sold with sex. I don't think it would be a good idea to let people view porn at a younger age cause when I 1st realized there was porn on the internet I became some sort of an addict keeping odd hours, lack of sleep, stops being productive, kept turning up late cause I was too busy jacking off (I think I still have a problem but it might be more to do with internet dependency).
