Nice... though it really doesn't affect me over here all too much :PIt most definitely does effect you, and every other internet user. A large majority of the internet world is based out of the US. If net neutrality was ignored then every time you visited a website that was hosted in the US (such as fakku) there would be a chance that it would be slower than other websites made by large companies.
