I dont see why it wouldn't be possible but we'd either have to totally intergrate or eradicate every other race on the planet creating 'one people'.

Religion is also the 'opium of the people' and must be banned for this to work otherwise there will always be differences and conflicts of interest.

Maybe a few lies would have to be made like in 1984 or some sort of corporate war like in Rollerball.
