Protect the people who are precious to you and hope that tommorrow they will be by your side to laugh at you when you fall.

-All humans have an inherent worth and human dignity just by being human that they can never lose no matter what they do. One's actions should reflect this.
-All life is valuable, don't destroy it for no reason
-Forgive those who sincerely ask for forgiveness, no matter what they have done
-Treat others as you would have them treat you
-Respect that others may search for truth differently than oneself
-Work for justice and peace. Force is used for protection rather than eliminating conflicting parties or taking what one wants.
-Take responsibility for one's actions. Find meaning in the good one does and take pride in the achievements one reaches. Accept guilt for the wrongs one commits and act as much as possible to undo the harm one has done.
-Maintain hope that the future can be better than the present because one can help make it so.
Various philosophers or famous figures have said much of this more eloquently, but off of the top of my head, these are things to live by.

Be nice to people, try not to be an asshole. If it doesnt concern you and isnt a big deal treat it like a movie set. Just walk by and dont pay attention to it.

My main is treat others the way you want to be treated. I have other minor principles, but i consider that to be my guiding one
