To the slums of a forgotten city; To the wealth of a corrupt Gov't, racism still manages to get into our daily lives. For cenuntries people have demostrated ,or worst, conformed into these type of things and sadly many of them didnt't care what damages it left decades later.
Bigotry, prejudices, stereotyping, and discrimination plays a big role in building this monster too, but I think stereotyping really took the biggest slice of the cake and here are some examples as to why:
Those were some example of sterotyping and as you can tell, they're not good. We have all been guilty of this one time or another but time has changed. This is were you guys come in. Tell me your perspective on the matter (personal or professional experience is also welcomed).

Hell, even calling homosexuals "Gay" can get you fired. If your client of any business is a woman and you don't give her all the attention she wants, you're fired, if your co-workers see you trying too hard for a raise or flirting with the fatty employee, you're fired and given a sexual harassment suit. Just wanted to say that racism is stupid and is just away for humans to differentiate themselves. It does not exsist in the human species since they have not live a part like dogs or true primates and evolve differences naturally I.E Chimp and Gorilla.
Anyway this is one of the reasons why I am a Misanthropic and fucking hate humans because of this stupid shit part of them

Maybe we'd be a better form of existence if our form of controversy did not include segregation by skin color. At the end of the day, that is still part of the appetizer compared to issues society faces. Though I do believe racism isn't as bad as let's say, a decade ago?

There is a No difference between stereotypes and racism. I believe that each person should be evaluated on personal basis, but I hate it when people say something is racist, when it's actually a fact about a race, for example, black people are black, that's not racist, it's a fact.
