The only way the victim would ever be the aggressor, is that if She willing had sex with them, most likely under the influence of something. And then later regretted it. Other then that. The one's who do the raping, who Willing go out and sexual assault this women/girl Permanently scarring and running this women life. The only one who fucked up there life, is there own self.

I already had this argument with you, it's a falsehood to claim that there's a "Rape Culture". In order to prove that, you'd have to prove definitely with absolute certainty that a vast majority of a Western population(I'm not allowing you to use those Middle East dregs as a copout) believes in Rape.

The fact that it's an argument on both sides, proves that not only is it far from a culture but that it's such a hotly heated debate as to ensure Human Rights. Similarly to how the Civil Rights movement was hotly contested.

Even those against civil rights, weren't necessarily against civil rights for African-Americans but the common debate was: "Should it be such a quick integration?" And I agree, perhaps American civil history changes for the better if instead of full out integration enacted by law, that perhaps the law takes step by step, slow integration.

Eventually, acceptance comes much easier instead of shoving it down everyone's throats.

They should have been sent to a real jail,they would probably experience rape there. I hear it's pretty common for rapists to get raped in jail.

In my state you can. If you are legal to drink. go to the bar, find a good women, go back to ether hers/yours place and have sex it 100 percent legal.

That is not legal consent in ANY state. Being under the influence = not able to consent.

That's the thing with being under the influence that I just don't think the world gets, if you choose to get that drunk then anything resulting afterwards is your fault, even if it's rape. Yes, you can get raped and you be the cause. And this isn't for just women.

Sure I think it's absolutely wrong to talk a drunk person into having sex, but anyone consenting to actually drinking a substance that is KNOWN to impair you, what the hell do you expect? I didn't go to high school or colleges simply for this reason. But you should be willing to face the consequences of your actions. That's why people warn you ABOUT partying. I mean it's not rocket science to under what alcohol does to the brain.

Hell, I was at a pizza place getting a slice last year near a local college, had a bunch of drunk coeds around, I 'picked' one up. She wanted to go to her dorm, so I took her, and out her to bed. If it was anyone else what do you think would've happened? And she came to me, that's her actions.

If you don't want to be a victim of that for of rape, don't do that substance.

Under the influence is not only inclusive of drinking, but drugs that way not have been willingly taken.

That's consenting while sober which is a different set of circumstances than consenting while intoxicated. While intoxicated your ability to reason and make informed decisions is compromised. An intoxicated or otherwise impaired person can't grant valid consent for anything beyond implied consent which is based upon what society would find as the reasonable course of action.

If a person is drunk/high, they can verbally say they want to fuck you but, legally speaking, they can't consent because they are impaired. having sex with a drunk chick who said she wanted to fuck you is rape. Doesn't matter if she's trying to pull your dick out of your pants, she's drunk and can't consent to anything.



So, if I choose to drink beyond a certain amount, I'm responsible for the actions of others? That's some backwards logic there. Going to start blaming the corpse for their own murder next?

Criticize the person for consuming excessive amounts of alcohol or for attending a party/whatever without a buddy as back up protection but, don't blame the victim for the actions of another person.

I'm pretty sure I stated you can still be raped under the influence. And I know drugs are also related to it was using alcohol as an example, one of the most common.

But if you agree to the sea while drunk? That's not rape. If you're SO passed out you can't even think let alone move, that's rape. If you're drunk and you say NO that's rape.
