Regulated child birth

Honestly, China does have laws that do enforce this, but however, many people do believe that abortions/condoms/etc. is a blasphemy of some sorts. If a country was to put this type of law into their system, it would have many pros and cons, but if child birth stops, a country or the world may be in jeopardy if no new generation is there to continue on and other variables like wars, diseases, and natural causes can decimate a population. But this topic has too many variables and situations where it's nearly impossible to determine a suitable solution or agreement. In my opinion, having one to three kids is generally okay, but I believe once you have over three kids, then you should stop because many families who have multiple kids usually have welfare, and that takes a lot of money because so many kids are within a single family.
