Should religion play a bigger role in politics and why?

If it did, the world would be more fucked up.

I would say yes and no....
Yes meaning that the rules of religion are somewhat logic and make people think more of themselves and in a way keep a nation together by following those peaceful ideas..

And then no...
because there are alot of religions who work very differently because the fact that that very idea can also be very dangerous if it disturbs the human peace....

So it indeed can be a double edged sword and hurt us more than the politicians hurt themselves.....
I would probably stick with logic since its enough to maintain peace

Politics and religion don't mix. Everything becomes 10x more complicated when you bring religion into it.
