for anyone who has to pay the taxman here in the us... what are you going to do with your $600...? I should get mine soon, and I'm seriously thinking about either a 360 or a PS3, but which one, I have no clue.

MGS4 comes out pretty soon, my vote goes for the PS3

I think it mainly depends on the genres you're interested in.

Example:
(J)RPG = PS3
FPS = 360

Just go for the PS3, it has more potential.

I prefer the 360.

I got 360 its pretty sweet. Fable 2 is coming out soon so thats pretty awesome.



This is a pretty good example. They both have all types of games but I believe this is how they are based on.

I'll wait for Fable 2 to port to the PC.

I think I'm going to go for the PS3... mainly because GTA4. I know, I know... but it's Liberty City again, and most of best experiences from college dealt with illegal stuff/alcohol/and 30 of us taking turns playing GTA3. Oh, those were the days...

Yeah, heard the PS3 version of GTA4 was better than the 360.

I sort of want to get it, but only for the multiplayer...

like wat gizmo said and also i prefer the ps controllers anyway if it were me ps3 will do fine.

I remember the first time I played XBox, I was like, "what the fuck is this?" Although, I was tripping balls so I don't remember if it was actually the controller that I was confused about.

I actually like the 360's controller the most, yet I will never buy a 360.

Although I don't live in the US, I was just reading an article, most probably in the news, stating that quite a large number of US citizens will be saving the amount of tax rebates they are going to receive.

It is definitely not wrong to save, but with everyone doing so on a large scale, it defeats the purpose of stimulating the economy, which I believe is already facing a downturn. If anything, one can always justify his/her expenditure by saying that it helps the economy.

if she does not get the ps3, i will.
