The first time I underwent sleep paralysis I was quite afraid, waking up to a near immovable body, the feeling your not breathing, and sound alteration and abstract visuals made the experience quite one to remember. I recall only having movement in my neck, and eyes; I moved my neck in a spiral at the same time i attempted to move my whole body with it but it didn't work out so well. I attempted to scream but to no avail it didn't work. I would say I was like this for about twenty minutes and I accepted i was probably dying of something and would just close my eyes, and later awoke to normalcy. I rarely have any problem with sleep paralysis at this current time in my life, however when you do here's a trick, stay calm and stay collected; The more you attempt to fight it the more you will be inevitably sucked in, comparable to quick sand. The trick of getting out of sleep paralysis is as simple as thinking to yourself, " I'm not asleep, I'm awake, why can't i move", this will throw you right out of the paralysis and you will immediately regain movement.
Sound's a lot like a K hole.
Have you ever had Night Terrors
No.
If so how do you feel about them
Indifferent because I don't have them.
Have you had sleep paralysis
No.
If so how does it affect you
Not at all because I've never had it.
Do you have lucid dreams
Yes.
If so how lucid are they in comparison to reality.
Pretty fucking accurate. I will have dreams about shit happening, and at some point in the near future, the same shit will happen, to the smallest detail.
