The way the Media treats Nudity/Sexuality

Here in Germany they accept Nudity and Sexuality here lightly...
only at nights they play soft porn movies but at day they show on television with hot chicks showing off their tits and ass but at a certain degree meaning no xxx scenes but natural scenes.....
I been in Colorado for 7 years and I know that that action movies should be for the mature viewers and sexually content should be for the teens since we learn sex earlier than guns.. hell my first time was 12 and i started watching guns and blood at the age of 15 and really creepy stuff at 17 or 18.....
