Once you're body gets to a point where physically, it cannot take the fatigue from lack of sleep, I think scientists call it sleep debt, you'll just pass out. The only reason I managed to get out of those situations was blind luck, and apparently sleep walking, which got me into as much danger as it got me out of, I think. The only times I would sleep walk was when I was already walking and would fall asleep which I am grateful for.
EDIT: Now to be honest the real killers in all of this are physiology and physics, or science, however you want to look at it.

I can't remember my wet dreams for the most part, but I had a weird one once, I'm not sure if you can call it a wet dream.

The only sex dream I can remember was pretty weird. I was walking behind these trees and I saw two guys I know (and kindve dislike) in real life, fucking. In the dream I actually hid there in the tree branches and watched them, even liked it... When I woke up, I nearly barfed, srsly. Very scary experience for me. :P

From what I can remember, I've had a couple of wet dreams during puberty, but regular ones (messier than semen and urine has a much wider spread) and I couldn't remember any of those dreams. Now if we're talking about cumming from a dream, I've never done it before, least that I can remember. I've definitely remembered some of my dreams though, both good and bad, and apparently if you die in your dream, you die in real life, though I find that claim to be bogus.
