What would you do if you turned into the opposite sex?

Ive been playing this hentai game called X-Change which is about a guy who wakes up and finds he has turned into a really, really, cute girl. It made me start thinking about what people would do if they woke up and were the opposite sex. Me, I can think of lots of things I would be doing none of which are suitable for forums and a few of which would probably get me banned. I want to know what you guys/girls would do if you discovered you had changed sexes overnight and if given the choice would you turn back to your original sex or stay the way you were. This is a purely hypothetical question since obviously no of us is going to but its just a discussion I have to get off my chest.

The main character in the game Kaoru is kind of a tough guy and so lots of people avoid him because he's kinda the type who likes to get into fights to prove he's a man due to a promise he made to his deceased father to become a strong man. This causes him trouble because he was born with effeminate features (basically means he has a female looking face). This is actually because he has two pairs of chromosomes but one pair is female and the other is male due to a mutation. You could always just use a dildo and its not so easy to get a job as a model. I have a friend who has been trying for two years now.
