Too little information to really help you.
With what you said, what i would try is using the Windows Installer Pack on the mounted disc instead of the usual setup.exe.

so as i said when i mount the second disc it doesnt continue the download. it opens a file with what i said before i have tried to click on everything in the file and tried using everything nothing seems to be working. is there a way to put them all into one disc or something im not sure what to do. il keep trying different things until i hear something from u all thanks

downloaded a version from hongfire that works without rename and stuff. the patch doesnt really do much yet. gonna have to wait a little more i guess

Try clicking the icon named "ILLUSION SexyビーãƒZERO".
P.S: Are you really sure you changed you locale to japanese and rebooted the computer ? There's gibberish text on this error, which probably shows otherwise.

Applocale will enable you to run the setup.exe once you have the cd loaded. There's no need to change your locale for this particular install if you are using applocale to run the installer. Once you have installed it you can run the english setup patches and whatnot.
As suggested you may need to rename the cds to sexybeachzero or something, as i am not sure if some of the loader programs like the folder/file name where the files are when trying to install in a non japanese localization.

Learn Japanese or use AGTH + Atlas and do puzzle translation.

As far as I know you usually get this message when daemon tools cannot find the file under the current path, try to readd the file again and see if you can mount it then.

i finally got this game to work it took me getting a new comp but im happy :) does anyone know if any mods have been released like for the previous games? if so could u link it pls thanks have a nice day
