I too have the same problem. When I try to start the game, that message about unable to initialize direct3D shows up.I have directx 9c... what is wrong? please help
You'll have to mess around with the options menu tog et it to work. Here is my setup:
T&L HAL
x Full Screen
x Area decision of Heroine
This setup got rid of the DLL problem. So just play around with the settings and see what works and what doesn't.
Anyone know how much of a difference Low Polygon conversion and Simple Animation have on performance?

I DLed it before, played really well, and I love the fact you can practically free roam when ever you want.
And yes, chop and rape the girls. Or even hit them with a bat (Paranoia Agent anyone?)
Graphics were definitely good for the size of the game.
For some reason it reminded me of Tales of Vesperia O.o

okay can anyone help me??? i download every part in the megaupload (FINALY THX GOD) but when i extract and mount them and it run the installation from the LD2 it install and didnt ask me for anything but when it installing there was a pop up with some CRUD that not in english and then the installation got cancel .... :( anyone help???

well i followed the directions and at the part where it says to run the memory_v10x.exe and i double click to run the memory test file and this window pops up and it just says ok on it. i was wondering if that was the test? or is it an install.

I can get past the first screen but it locks up on the next which is what i guess the game screen. Is this because i dont have enough space or is something else going wrong with it?

for file 5, just download the rapid share file 5, it should work since it was also corrupted for me.

I just downloaded the RAR files 1-32 from megaupload and am having trouble extracting them. They all contain a 5kb LD2.mds file, except for File 1 which has that and a much larger LD2.mdf file. The problem is I cant extract the mdf file. I get an "Archive header broken" error. Extracting any other files gives me the 5kb mds file which cant be mounted.
Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!
