I know there is a torrent out there, maybe someone could post it for me.

Important<---- You may find something important in that thread, i think thats where a torrent came from, helped me a lot when i was installing too, make sure to check this thread while installing.

Since this was like my first game to install, I'll post a little installation guide since i'm a Newb at these kind of things and it took me like an hour to install it and to get it working.

1. After downloading all 3 files, mount the iso onto your Daemon tools and you should get this.

Choose the top option to install the game.

2. Now remember this part, when it asks you to install the game and asks for the directory, replace all the ????????? with the games name.

3. Now after the installation is done, open up the Akaneupdate folder, use the .exe in there and update it to your Akane game folder, The game will not work without this update, you will receive a "sprit limit" message or something around that if you try starting without updating the game.

4. Everything should be set, the main page for the game should work and you can start playing the game and changing the options to you content.


Just wanted to say that i'm going for Nagomi my first time :D


Edit: Apparently after playing through it many times, it seems you have to get Yuuhi first, then the next playthroughs you can go after others and Mikoto is unlocked too, I think.

Any specific fonts to install? I'm getting strange characters.

And I've done the usual protocol...Regional settings, AppLocale..and so on...

Only thing is that, with AppLocale, the window title and prompt windows for the games are in japanese. Other than that, all other words in the boxes are funny characters.

Now if I only knew Japanese...

The game only works when I change my system locale language. Is there a way to play without doing that? Each time I change between Japanese and english I have to restart my computer, which is kinda.. irritating. And for some reason AppLocale and all that doesn't work

That's odd, i got it playing without applocale or changing my system locale.. vista user here.

I installed it with applocale though, maybe you can try that.

you can just keep it on Japanese unicode then, it won't change your computer that much, or at least i haven't seen a big difference yet on mine.



still fun to play though, and you won't be able to see your cards, along with the nakedness.

Sorry i don't really think there is an english patch out there for the game, but it still enjoyable.

That's weird. I tried re-installing it using AppLocale, and even updated using AppLocale as well, but it still has got funny characters.

EDIT: oh well, I guess I have no choice but to stick to Jap settings.

I really like Minato and Tsukasa the best. Yuuhi's hairstyle annoys the hell outta me.
