Akiba’s Trip 2

Xseed confirmed that they'll be localizing Akiba's Trip 2. Of course, calling it Akiba's Trip 2 would be outrageous so instead they decided on the dumb subtitle of "Undead and Undressed".

So it'll be called "Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed". But fuck that shit, the topic title of this thread will remain as "Akiba's Trip 2" because that subtitle sounds fucking retarded. Everyone always has to bring over games and add their own dumb fucking subtitles for stupid reasons. This how we get shit like the Final Fantasy series having messed up numbering in the east and west. Just leave the title as is you silly fucks.

That aside, this announcement is actually good news because this has been on my import list for a while now. Even better news is that the original JP voice acting and a physical release has been confirmed. Apparently, all of the licenced products will remain in the game as well. Of course, I'll remain skeptical for now like always. Any signs of censorship or content removal and they'll lose my support. I dislike pointless subtitles and name changing but even I have to draw the line somewhere. I wouldn't be able to buy anything otherwise.

I just read about this too, but have no idea what the game really was about. I remember hearing about it back in the beginning and just facepalm, but at the same time I was interested in playing it a lot. I'll consider this.

They would do that. It's funny because Atlus is bringer over Conception II and didn't remove the "II". I don't see why Xseed needed to fag out here. Of course, Atlus fagged out in their usual way with another aspect of the localization... a much more severe aspect.

You think they'd learn how to number titles after what happened with Final Fantasy.
