Are there any good ways to play erode and visual novels I'm my android phone? And if so do you guys have any recommendations?

VNs published by CherryKissGames almost always have Android ports. I'm not sure if they are available on Fakku, but if you buy their games on Itch.io, you get the versions for PC and Android. TofferTeam also sells android ports of their VNs on itch.
As for running native windows games; your mileage may vary. If im not mistaken, Wine 3.0 has support for running windows programs on android devices, although I suspect it might run poorly, and the lack of a physical keyboard and mouse could be problematic.
