I use windows xp and it's unable to play the game because part 2 is corrupted.Open part 2 with winrar go to "tools" and "repair archive" it, new repaired part 2 will be created, delete the old one and use that. Extract the files again.
You mustnt have any error popups while extracting...

Hmm. I guess it's not corrupted after all. But something wrong happens whenever I try to download it. I tried to download it in different locations using different internet connections, ending up with the same result. When I open it, a "WinRAR: Diagnostic messages" pops out. It says, "Unexpected end of archive." Hmmm. Oh. What the heck? Does this mean I've been unable to fully download it all this time?

Oh okay. Yeah, part two only has 12.6 MB. Now that I think about it, every time I tried to download, after 1 hour past it would suddenly have an "unexpected end" for some reason.
I don't think XP has the function to do that.
edit: Also, for some reason whenever I tried to download it, while the I could see how much MB I had left to download from the file, the time to download it would still say "1 hour left."

I think it's more on the method you download/internet connection, rather then your OS system. How do you download?

I just download it directly. I click on the link which leads me to megaupload and download.

edit: Okay it worked. Thanks. Again it claimed that it was completely downloaded even though it suddenly stopped in the middle of it, but thanks to Jdownloader I managed to continue the download.

i did a little research on Aoishiro and i found a rumor that there is some sort of mini game you can unlock by getting a specific good end. from some forum topics i found, apparently it's a minigame base-themed on the previous Success made game called "Akaiito". i don't know the exact details of the game though -_-"

It's fine. I don't need help anymore. A friend of mine wanted to play the game too, so he fixed the problem and gave me a copy. Anyways, thanks a bunch for trying to help me. Must be really annoying for you to constantly help people like me.

I had the same problem until I threw the entire folder onto my desktop and it worked (???) It was weird. You may also want to try adding aoishiro.exe to DEP exception list or to try it under XP compatibility.

I asked the same question to him. The only thing he said was that he downloaded/torrented the game from a different source/website, and then tinkered it along with the English patch.
