Back on topic... I'm liking the art, and the gameplay doesn't seem bad. Don't know about the compatibility of translation programs with the menus though.

Hi everyone, I actually have an issue with the game. Could you guys help me please?

When the battle starts, for some reason, all I can see is the menu and the characters/monsters. I can't see the background/rooms. So it felt like the characters are moving randomly avoiding a wall that I can't see. it felt really weird.
I thought it was only for the first battle, so I move on to the second battle where we can start summoning different types of rooms, but then all I see is the light effect that signifies the summoning is complete. no room appears either. although the effect of the room is intact.

I tried reinstalling the game and make sure I installed the DirectX but nothing changes. I tried deleting the save file and replayed the game after I reinstall it, but it doesn't work either.

Anyone facing the same problem? thanks in advance.

This game seems kinda crash happy for me. May want to save towards end of battle and at the start of scenes if this isn't an isolated issue.

try applying the 1.001 patch and hope that it solves your problem

if it doesnt, do the run as administrator stuffs in addition to installing in program files in C:\

personally i got the room tiles even without the patch. the only extra thing i did after installation was to 'run as administrator'

There are only 2 endings in this game, you get the true ending by recruiting all the heroines before you start on the last 3 territories (an event will fire where you get unlimited turns).

To capture a heroine, you need to kill her however many times (usually 3) in a room that meets a condition (often a specific creature or a trap):

ネージュ　封印の符

オボロ　アラクネ
ヒミカ　オボロ+忍者屋敷
マイア　落とし穴
ヴァネッサ　条件なし (this isn't a condition, just keep killing her)

The elf girl for example has to be killed with a zombie in the room.
Whether or not it has to be that specific creature or a very similar creature, I'm not 100% on because I haven't gotten around to testing.

Interesting I was wondering how to get them. Too bad there is no Wiki so far.

A correction, it seems Vanessa (ヴァネッサ), has to be defeated by one of the heroines. Whether it needs to be a killing blow or they just have to be in the room I'm not sure of (most likely just the latter though), but that's her capture condition (this makes sense from previous experience as she died to one of my interior squads and I didn't get a scene trigger as per the course).
