Modern Warfare was made for console over PC. Presitge is enough evidence for that. While I don't care for game companies, if you are implying that PC gamers brought attention to Call of Duty 4 you are sorely mistaken. I am unaware of any previous titles they came up with because again, I care not for game companies.

PC gamers we're the first to hype CoD4:MW since it was announced on the PC platform first, then console few months later on E3 and since the company was mostly known by PC gamers,it was only normal to be hyped by those gamers. Prestige was only added to give a bonus on console since the game cost 10$ more on a console than a PC, it also gives rewards and a goal for console gamers. PC don't need to pay for DLC, and with dedicated servers, we could tweak on our servers to give much more gameplay.

I never really play any online multiplayers except Left 4 Dead and Counter-Strike. The single player will do just fine for me.

Online is where the fun is at. I'm down for pirated games for single player and stuff but for epic online sexyness....ya goin for the buy. Xbox FTW!
