Castlevania : Lords of Shadow

Just got it. I'm playing this casually. So far after seeing only the first chapter out of 12, the combat is very simple, but is getting better has I level up. The impact sound effect are awesome. The voice acting is superb, the graphics are freaking beautiful. Like most reviews, the camera angle while doing platform or just wandering into the maps are somewhat meh. BUT they are godly awesome during boss fights.

Also the game is LOOOONNNGG. Rare for this generation, for in hack & Slash types. Lots of stuff to find and well, has an example, the first chapter took me a bit more than an hour. That was only 5 missions. The second chapter has 9 chapters! I can only guess they will probably keep up the mission level quantity. Hopefully they are wall good quality, but according the reviews things are quite diverse. So expect around 20hours of gaming.

Also do not forget the Belmonts are the first ones to use chain whips before GOW.

Gabriel Belmont is awesome. Love the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure reference to the vampire mask in the trailer. He might go WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY~~~!!! But knowing Kojima did this it means there will be alot of twists to the story.

this game is meh..but since i pre ordered it at gamestop i got a bad ass castlevania Tshirt :3

Really enjoying this game. I wish there was a better sense of flowing exploration like classic Castlevania. There are are forks in the paths and secrets to find but I like exploring the castles. If anyone has played Order of Ecclesia on DS, the levels work just like that where you choose your level from a map.

Patrick Stewart narrating the game is fantastic.
