I have a compatibility questions, is there a reason why I am able to adjust the BGM volume on my Laptop (which runs XP 32bit) but not able on my Desktop (which runs Vista 64bit)?
As for the actual USEFUL information:
When I say unable to adjust the BGM volume I mean that the sliders in game do nothing when changed (as far as BGM goes, Voice and SFX work fine), naturally I can just change my computers volume but obviously that just lowers everything. The reason why this is annoying is because the BGM plays obnoxiously loud even on headphones and will stay at the default level which I'm actually assuming by how earsplitting it is the highest setting.
Now I have tried to run the game in compatibility mode, and all my unicode settings are set to JPN since otherwise some of my other games won't work either. However, the problem persists, so I was hoping someone had an answer.
I've actually had this happen on another game (I'm Gonna Nurse You 1), but the odd part is, is that I encountered problems with those on my laptop and I have yet to try them on the desktop, but I imagine it'll be the same problem.

I have the same sound problems with this, Come see me tonight 1, and a few others. You can turn of the bgm which sucks but its better than going deaf from it,just uncheck the box next to bgm and hit apply or ok

My thought is that it might be the way the crack was done, but since I know nothing about such things, I'm probably wrong.

I seem to be getting an odd error, unrelated to the sound problem
When I start the game, I get: Formatting Movie Failed
followed by: Playing A:\SEKIRA64.avi has failed
Then, every time one of the heroines comes on, I get an Error depending on which girl.
Minami gives me errors MNM00##, starting at 46 and increasing by 1 every time her picture changes (Blinking, smiling, anything causes and error)
Nanao gives me Errors NNO00##, starting at 39 and increasing by 1 (Or dropping to 30 at one point) every time her picture changes (Blinking, smiling, anything causes an error)
Koruri gives me Error KRR00##, same problems as the other two.
This doesn't actually ruin the game, I can still play it, but every time a girl shows up I get and error and I have to close it and then return to the game. I haven't gotten to the other girl(s), but I'm assuming the same error group will occur.

it wont let me install it it says failed to copy file on the practicing file when i gets to 100% i have tried un packing it 2 times same thing happens what should i do
