It's not exactly like Sengoku Rance. The battle system style will be more gridlike from what I seen so far. Also it is most likely going to resemble or have features from these two games Daibanchou and Daiakuji.
Looks like the same goal would be something along the lines of sengoku rance and capturing things...but that's just a guess. Still, I wonder how the gameplay will go.
As lelouch20 said, this is part of their Dai series so it's more likely to look like its predecessors. The only thing is that grid system they showed at 00:35; I'm wondering if it's no longer build the force composition and then select which one you want to fight the round and instead the entire force is just going to be pitched out there to fight whoever they collide with (which might make protecting weakling for XP leaks more difficult).
As I recall, release schedule so far is the Winter quarter, so there's no hurry to find HD space for this game.
