Damn, that's quite a lot of progress for a translation effort that started a month ago (well, the Wiki started anyway.) Hopefully they'll keep up the pace; I want to play this game so much. Still glad someone decided to work on it sooner than later though, they have my many thanks.

then what was the 'kudos'+'much thanks' for if you dont bother that they get the message at all? are you the type who writes those fml messages on facebook?

Always have an army and a general stationed on planets that has disorder, it worked for me every time within 4-5 turns, Maybe the size of the army matter, havent tested that far yet.
or maybe it just cool down over time, but it wont hurt to have a stationed army

True i put the quarrel guy on one and the order was restored but when i tried to put the old guy with peace on a planet nothing happened

Nice! downloading new patch asap, maybe i should restart my game after every patch ^^ longer to finish = more fun choosing, as i've noticed you'll get access to different dialogues depending on how fast you conquer a planet.
