I don't own a PS3 or a 360, so I am thrilled to know that ts going to get out on PC.
After Skyrim though, I expect I'm going to be rusty on the danger evaluation levels and will die relentlessly quite a few times.
Before that, we are forced to hope that the port is actually at least semi-competent. There's a danger of it running like crap on all but the highest end pc's (this is more of a rumour, but considering that we've been told that no real optimization will be done, it's still a possibility).
This made me go from 'preorder ASAP' to 'dl when it gets leaked to test performance, then pre-order if still time left, or buy ASAP'. Kind of sad, but I hope for the best.
Hmmm, Idk, from all the tests and videos I've seen, it doesn't seem like a problem. Running it will probably be okay on minimal for most average computers, while I agree Ultra might be out of reach for the standard machine.
I found this to be minimal config:
Windows XP, Vista, 7
Processor 2,6 Ghz double-core,
1 Go (XP) to 2 Go (Vista / 7) of RAM
4 Go of free space
Graphics Card GeForce 8800GT / Radeon 4850 or better,
DirectX 9.0c,
Additionnal : multi will need a headset with microphone
That seems reasonable to me, but its true that they specified that no improvements have yet been done to the game mechanics or graphics.
EDIT: Ooh, and a question just popped up in my mind. Will there be online compatibility between , ps and PC? At least at the "leaving messages" level? I'm intrigued because that would be awesome.
