I got this game when it released and I still haven't finished it. I have 3 reasons. 1)Game takes me awhile since I'm always scared of something coming out of the wall 2)So many great games came out during that season so I played those and 3)I'm scared to go back and finishing it.

this game is as epic as Resident Evil 4. uses the same mechanics, 3rd person view = awesome, the option to melee(god i love bitch slapping those things after using Stasis) and its even scarier than RE4, since the monsters don't yell out "There he is!!" only in spanish
takes a while tho since im always lookin for nodes or anything worth selling. overall this game is awesome. one thing i find stupid tho is when i smash off limbs on a dead body, his feet somehow remain clean and shiny.

I've been thinking about playing that for awhile. Tried the demo, but wasn't too fond of it, but demos never impress me usually.

I personally didn't like it. I went into it expecting too much. I was expecting it to scare me, at least a little. I just found myself kinda of shrugging the "scary" parts off as kinda a "Oh, well, that's nice." I do have too high standards for horror though, ever since Fatal Frame, no other game has even made me blink in the horror department.

It kinda scared me... well some parts made me fucking jump...
One think I kinda disliked about it was... lol... How the way he dies sometimes is super detailed...

Ahh. Dead Space... Game had nice atmosphere to it but the as some others have said, scary parts being not too scary. Imho the only time I was somewhat scared at the time when I had to run from that freaking regenerator (seriously, I hate those things) and accidentally died to it, when at first didn't know how to kill it and was too late to push that Q button for health.

But it's a good time killer if one is lacking a game to play and doesn't bother to go outside.
