Developing Visual Novel: Artist Needed

So, I'm making a Visual Novel for my Final Year Project, and I need an artist. Or two. I'll take anyone as long as they can keep at it right up till the end that is this mid-November; note that it does not need to be perfect (the time is too short so I'm just going to use the most basic, shortest route to create a complete product), and I'm personally going to work at it after graduation. But for now, completion before anything.
Also, I'll appreciate if you guys can recommend some VN forums (English ones in particular) where I can advertise and get help.
