Okay so i went to best buy, to look for how much flash drives cost, and found myself playing DJ Hero. now idk if i catch on really quick, or if the game is that easy to figure out, but the game was arguably very fun. The mechanics are pretty solid, real cool experience, but the one thing that i really had to watch for was the crossfader. for the game, you have two different songs, so you have to switch the fader from the left, to the right, and center. really its kind of annoying. sometimes u think its in the middle, when its on the left. If your real good at manning the cross fader, this will be the deciding factor on how good you do.
Also the turntable disc section was fairly rough to navigate, because a big part of the game is holding down green, red, or blue, whilst you scratch. now the disc is pretty slippery, so it is easy to lose control, especially when you have to jump from a heavy tap session, to spinning out of nowhere. If you can get accustomed to tapping, and then going RIGHT to scratchign pretty quickly, then you should have some awesome fun.
All in all, i give DJ Hero a 7 1/2 out of 10. most of the score is for the killer tracks, and the playability is cool, but it fucks up your wrist pretty easily if ur susceptible to that kind of thing.
